Shapes! Shapes! Shapes!

We looked for shapes everywhere - we even found some outside.

We made a circle.

We found rectangles. 

We found squares and circles.

We are standing in the triangles.

Printing

We used shapes in the classroom and did some printing.

Baby Jesus, Mary, Joseph, the shepherds and the wise men look lovely together.

Lovely rectangles make a wonderful fireplace, but who is that stuck there?

When Santa got stuck up the chimney, he began to shout:

My beard is black, there's soot in my sack.

We went to the library and the girls from Coláiste Bríde read lots of books for us.

Fruit and Vegetables

We had lots of fun with fruit and vegetables. We tasted them all - some were soft and sweet and some were hard and crunchy.

We made a book of fruit and a book of vegetables.

 Look at us work - cutting, sorting and sticking.

What is in our Recycle Bin?

We had great fun sorting our rubbish bin.

 Teacher had to put on rubber gloves.

          We are trying to reduce our rubbish.
